Order processing

Orders are usually processed after payment confirmation and order review. Standard orders are generally prepared within 1 to 3 business days, while bulky, fragile, or supplier-fulfilled products may require additional time.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day unless stated otherwise during promotions or peak seasons.

Delivery coverage

Sarubima currently delivers within Sri Lanka. Delivery timelines vary by destination, courier schedules, product category, and whether the order requires special agricultural freight handling.

  • Metro and major city deliveries are usually faster than outstation deliveries.
  • Large, hazardous, or freight-only items may require manual scheduling before dispatch.
  • Some remote or restricted areas may need an extended lead time or a custom delivery quote.

Shipping fees and timelines

Delivery charges are displayed at checkout where available. Certain orders may qualify for free delivery promotions, while heavy or oversized orders may be quoted separately after review.

Estimated delivery times begin after payment confirmation through PayHere or another approved payment method. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, but we do our best to meet them.

Failed delivery attempts

If the courier cannot complete delivery because the address is incorrect, the recipient is unavailable, or contact details are unreachable, Sarubima may contact you to arrange redelivery.

Additional delivery charges may apply if a shipment must be rerouted, redelivered, or returned because of customer-provided address errors or repeated failed delivery attempts.

Receiving your order

Please inspect the parcel at the time of delivery and report visible damage, missing items, or incorrect products to us as soon as possible. Keeping the packaging and delivery note helps us resolve claims with the courier more quickly.
