This policy explains how Sarubima handles customer information for browsing, ordering, delivery, support, and payments processed through PayHere.
We collect the information needed to process orders and support your account, including your name, billing and delivery addresses, email address, phone number, and order history.
When you choose card payments, checkout is completed on PayHere's secure hosted payment page. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or online banking credentials on Sarubima.
We use customer information to confirm orders, arrange delivery, provide payment and order updates, respond to support requests, prevent fraud, and comply with legal and accounting obligations.
Sarubima uses PayHere as a third-party payment gateway for online card payments in Sri Lanka. Payment data submitted on the PayHere page is handled according to PayHere's security and compliance controls.
We may receive limited transaction details such as payment reference numbers, order IDs, payer name, masked contact information, and payment status so we can confirm, fulfil, refund, or investigate an order.
We only share information with service providers and partners when it is necessary to operate the store, deliver orders, process payments, or comply with the law.
Order and transaction records are retained for operational, tax, audit, and dispute-resolution purposes for as long as reasonably required by our business and regulatory obligations.
You may request access to or correction of your account and order details by contacting our support team. Marketing emails can be opted out of at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us directly.
If you have a privacy concern about a PayHere transaction, please include your order number and payment reference when you contact us so we can investigate quickly.
